If you fight, you can search for level 8 dragons, and it's easy to recover the cost of summoning, and you can bring things that can't be searched with melody.
However, even so, it is an advanced skill that does not have a deployment effect in particular, and it is slow to use when searching through battle.
There are many other useful search methods for search targets, and there are particularly many resuscitation and GY sending methods, so it's better to support them rather than relying on slow and accidental guys.
This card itself has a lot of support, so it's not that it can't be used at all, but I think it's a card with a strong sense of being outdated that I don't feel the need to use it forcibly.

It would have been nice to have a built-in dimensional summoning system like the one in the movie...

Considering this time and effort, dropping the level 8 dragon that is the target of the search in the mausoleum and reviving it with gospel is much less difficult for deck construction.
Even sadder, most of the parts in Blue-Eyed correspond to the awakening melody again...
